Copying an item in Resources

Note: To complete the procedures in this document, you must be assigned a role having the necessary permissions. To determine your role, follow the directions in Participant roles. For a basic understanding of roles and permissions, see Permissions and roles: Overview.

To copy an item in Resources:

  1. In the menubar, click Resources.

  2. Next to the item you wish to copy, click Actions, and then click Copy. To copy several items at a time, mark their corresponding checkboxes, and then, above the list of items, click Copy.

    Note: To create a copy of an item in the same folder as its original, don't click Copy. Instead, click Actions, and then click Duplicate.

  3. Navigate to the location where you wish to place the copy, and then click the "Paste copied items" icon

     , or click Actions and choose Paste copied items. To copy the item to another site, click Show other sites; this will display folders in the sites (including your My Workspace) to which you have access.

  4. To cancel the copy action, click the reset button.
